Introducing a brand new series of events for summer 2023
Join me for an evening of Mughlai splendour, where I will be cooking up a banquet to celebrate the Royal Mughlai cuisines of India!
I will be cooking a 3 course menu, with canapés and petit fours. Each course will represent a Royal city of India, from Rampur to Old Delhi and Lucknow; including my famous signature - my Hyderabadi lamb biryani, which won me the title of MasterChefUK 2022 Champion!
